Do I need to book an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
All services are by appointment only. This allows me to give each client my full attention without rushing or overbooking
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as it takes away time that could be offered to another client.
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
If you're running late, please let me know. You have a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes, appointment will be cancelled out of respect for other clients
Do you work with all hair types and textures?
Yes. I have experience working with a wide range of hair types, styles, and different ethnic backgrounds.
How often should I be getting a haircut?
Most clients come in every 2-3 weeks to keep their cut looking sharp. If you prefer a more grown-in look, every 3-4 weeks works well.
How long have you been cutting hair?
I started cutting hair in the early 2000's
How far in advance should I book?
Appointments can fill up quickly, especially evenings and weekends. I recommend booking at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred time.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule, but they are not guaranteed. Booking ahead is always the best option.
Can I book recurring appointments?
Yes. Many clients choose to book their appointments in advance on a recurring schedule to stay consistent.
How much for a kids haircut?
Kid haircut prices are the same as adults. I take pride in my craft. Regardless of age, I provide the same quality, focus, and attention.
Can you do designs?
Yes. I can definitely do designs. Depending on the intricacy of the design, prices may vary.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Cash is preferred.
